REVITO is born in Coimbra. Our first official project, Edifício Brasil 222A, marks the beginning of a visionary path.
Expansion into Vila Nova de Gaia with the development of Jardim das Camélias, laying the foundations for growth in the region.
Construction begins on Magnólia City Park in Vila Nova de Gaia, a milestone in our commitment to excellence.
REVITO officially establishes its presence in Vila Nova de Gaia. Construction begins on Magnólia City Park Private, reinforcing our dedication to high quality living spaces
Completion of Magnólia City Park. Construction starts on Magnólia City Park Residence and Douro Nobilis - River View, which was to be a major milestone in the region.
A landmark year. We complete Magnólia City Park Private and Magnólia City Park Residence, while launching construction for Atlantic Villas and Douro Nobilis II. This year we received the SIL Award and the European Property Awards.
We completed the Douro Nobilis River View development and launched three new projects: Lurion Residences in Vila Nova de Gaia, and the Wave and Lumea villas in the Algarve. We were honoured with the European Property Awards 2025/2026 and a SIL 2025 award in the Innovation category, consolidating our presence both nationally and internationally.
The year in which REVITO shines on multiple fronts. We have already received two awards at SIL 2026 for the Wave villa, recognised as Best New-Build Property Development and for Innovation. With five projects underway simultaneously: Douro Nobilis II, Lurion Residences, Atlantic Villas, Wave and Lumea, we reaffirm our commitment to excellence and to solid, sustained growth.
